Our Story
Roy Tannahill has been a self-employed monumental mason for over 50 years. In 1997, he was joined by his wife, Joyce Tannahill, and together they expanded the business. In 2012, Joyce passed away and their son Robert left a career in archaeology to join Roy and ensure that Roy's skills and craftsmanship would be passed on to another generation.
Roy and Robert are passionate about memorializing the lives of your loved ones with beautiful and lasting headstones. They pride themselves on attention to detail and a very personalized service. They combine the finest materials and traditional techniques to create memorials that are as unique as the individuals they honour.

Joyce And Roy Tannahill
Born in Newcastle Emlyn, Ceredigion, Joyce handled the day to day running of the business so that Roy could focus on his customers.
Roy Tannahill
Originally from Crymych, Pembrokeshire, Roy has been a dedicated monumental mason for over 50 years.
Robert Tannahill
A qualified archaeologist, Robert handles most of the gilding work and helps his father fixing stones.
